PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performing Design / Engineering & Construction Administration for the M/E/P phase within the new “Fitness Center” located on the 3rd floor of the tallest (619 foot / 45 story) office building in the state. This architecturally significant building (throughout all one million square feet) offers the highest level of quality – from executive property management to building maintenance. D’Angelo Construction also awarded the construction phase for the Mechanical HVAC / Controls retrofit work to CSM Mechanical for the new 5,000 sq. ft. space upgrade.
West Bloomfield Parks & Recreation
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performed Design & Build services for the replacement and the upgrading of the existing constant volume HVAC-RTU (Roof-top air handling units) and related Variable Volume Terminals (VVT) Boxes. The system was upgraded with a Variable Air Volume RTU system, and related Variable Air Volume (VAV) Boxes, with a new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) control BMS system. Note: Project Under Commissioning.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performed ASHRAE - Level 1 (Energy Analysis) & HVAC Equipment Targeted Assessment, resulting in the replacement of Eight RTUs for a total of 80 tons of cooling.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performed an ASHRAE Targeted Energy Audit in conjunction with an Energy Star Cash Flow Opportunity Calculations to the existing kitchen ventilation system, resulting in a 25% energy saving and a five-years return on the investment, by replacing the existing Constant Flow Kitchen Ventilation System with a Heat Sensor / Variable Flow Hood and controlled by an Energy Management Control Panel.
Embassy Suites Hotel
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performed Forensic Assessment for the HVAC RTU - 1 and 2 serving the building central atrium. Among other issues, the system experienced; loss of air flow up to 60%; coil freezing; extremely high ESP (External Static Pressure), and excessive Outside air infiltrations. Conclusions and recommendations were made to properly address and resolve the experienced issues.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Performed Design and Build HVAC Assessment for the Historical House built in 1886 in order to provide the building with an HVAC system offering the best way to ensure total comfort for the occupants, as well as provide each zone with a personalized comfort system without compromising the historical architectural integrity of the existing structure.
